Greetings,
I'm installing a police switch and was wondering if anyone knows a source for the green 9 pin plug? I was also wondering if anyone has an alternative source for air filters, I can only imagine what the dealer will want for one. And lastly, I've been riding without a rear caliper stopper bolt for awhile, went to the largest dealer in a three state area (Honda World) and the parts manager had never heard of an ST. Said he'd been there 10 years, who knows! Anyway, I need one. TIA, Cheers PAtrick Gallagher STOC #4365

www.electricalconnection.com
look under electrical components - oem japanese connectors.
The connectors I got were white, but fit with the pswitch fine.

So does http://www.casporttouring.com/store/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=17126&Category_Code=El
K&N air filter. Supposedly gives a 6hp gain. Very cost effective compared to OEM filters.

Greetings,
Thanks for the fast reply. I'll look some of this up tonight. I think the CA351 is the way to go for a replacement air filter ($5.00!) I'm not a fan of CST, having 2 out of 3 experiences go poorly. Again thanks for the replies; Cheers PAtrick

The dealer wanted $ 64.00 for a stock air filter for my previous ST1100. I bought a K&N for $ 28.00 on line. The bike pops a little bit on deceleration, but no adverse effects.
I tried a CA351; you'll only need to fabricate a gasket about a half inch thick to seal the airbox, as the 351 is not as tall as the stock filter. Compressible foam strip works well. I used round neoprene surgical tubing, glued to the inside of the airbox cover...
I have an '02 ABS that I picked up in March '02 to replace the '91 that a cager totalled in 8/01. I stripped the '91 & saved all the hardware. If I have that caliper stopper bolt and you still need one, you're welcome to it.
