Eddie,
Elaine and I will be there wouldn't want to miss riding in the Adirondacks and Catskills. Lets hope we can get the whole gang out and close the bar a couple more times. Besides isn't NESTOC the warmup for ONSTOC.
Come on guys I know you're out there, chime in, who will be there?
Calling Cardinal Carl we need you... Carl.. Carl.. Carl.. are you out there? Bones, Chris, Steve, John, Todd, Kerry, Nancy

Hi Stan, it sure has been a long winter with plenty of time to get the bike maintenance done. We managed to get out for a nice ride on Sunday... first ride since mid Jan so it sure felt great. Hopfully you guys have been riding as well. I will book the hotel for NESTOC once I get my time off for that weekend confirmed. Carl also mentioned that he might be up for a days ride and a ceremonial U-turn or two.

Hey Chris,
Glad to hear you'll be there. I rode to work on Monday for the first time this year. I figured the 80Km would be a nice start to the season, well wouldn't you know it the Sh*t hit the fan and I had to make an emergency run up to Whitby in the afternoon to deliver parts our installation crew forgot in the workshop, my 80Km season opener turned into 400Km. The best part was getting paid to ride and expensing the mileage. Looks like it's going to be a busy riding season. Bring it on I say.

It looks like I won't be showing up for this one at all. There is the minor possibility Dawn and I MIGHT be able to see you guys at NNESTOC. That would be cool. Otherwise we'll hook up on some day rides during the season.
Hey guys - after 2 years of failed attempts, I'm going to make this one! No more ST so I hope the Bandit is an acceptable steed! :)
I'll be riding down with Dave Thompson on Friday morning. Looking forward to meeting everyone, finally!

I'm going (on list) and so is BruceD (noyt yet on list) from Ottawa.
Just can't get enough of the "Cats".
BTW: When I tried to book in April the site showed "no rooms available". So we booked into the Super 8 instead. Anyone else have the same problem?
How do we go about pre-ordering the T-Shirts?
Re: "...Order this authentic Hanes NESTOC-2008 event tee shirt made from 100% re-cycled cotton."
Got the new 2009 Garmin GPS Maps for the ZUMO 550 yesterday so I'm ready to Rock 'n Roll!
Did a Tri-State tour of NY, VT,& NH on the weekend while leading a group of six to the Whitehorse Gear Open House in Conway. Old 2007 GPS Maps deficient on finding roads built 5 years ago - you would think Garmin would be more on top of Motorcycling needs...

If you call, there's a good chance you can still sign up for the buffet(s). They are pretty flexible. If you can't get signed up, I think there's a decent mexican restaurant about a mile East on rt7. Google "Cobleskill dining"

Carl! U-turns were in your honor this weekend. You have taught well. Bridge was someplace in Vermont,.. trust me when I say someplace... I never really know exactly where I am at any given moment (just ask the crew). I get lost even with a gps, but that's half the fun. The picture of the tree was for real,.. I rode past it and had to turn around down the road because I knew I'd kick myself for not taking that picture. Lots of miles... lots of smiles.. Bones WILL poison you. But consider yourself lucky... he usually uses ether and the next day you can't remember large blocks of time.

That tree picture is real! WOW! just WOW! :22yikes:
Now I'm gonna have some fun looking for that bridge one day. Eddie my man, gotta love U-turn tradition.... that bike of yours must be freakin' out, it's meant to C---R---U---I---S---E On Down The Highway... Steady As She Goes Baby :D not turn around in tight places. I pulled a Noob Move the other day. Pulled a ewey and somehow got the tranny in neutral instead of first gear (new one for me). I leaned her over and went to the gas to catch the lean and just made noise instead. I'm glad it was a wide road and there was enough steering lock left to catch it with instead.
I guess you and I will have to go out to sharpen me up again soon :)
