Finally found a take off stock seat for $100. The CA seller shipped it directly to Shasta Lake. Pictures and order form went out today. I'm scheduled for the June 1st build. Ordered it in all leather black with rectangular stitch.

You're gonna love it! Something you might want to consider is having them do the sides in the vinyl. For one thing, according to Jim there at Russell, leather side panels tend to wrinkle and loose their body and get shabby-looking after awhile, whereas the vinyl keeps its shape and doesn't break down on the sides. Also, it's cheaper and you just about cannot tell the difference between the vinyl and the leather. It's not too late to let them know, if you decide to do that. Just something to think about.

Ditto - On Jim's recommendation, I got the "whisper vinyl" sides and leather top. Did you talk to Jim?

I contacted Kattie at Russell and talked to her about leather inserts vs full leather. She did state that the leather sides will distort and begin to look funky after a period of use. So I switched the order. Switched to inserts. Also added the driver backrest. I'm still in for the June 1st build. After 1200 miles I'm beginning to get used to the stock seat.
