I agree with DoHo on this one. Insulation is what counts to keep the cold out. No tent that I know of will do that! But, ventilation is key. You exhale a lot of moisture overnight and lack of ventilation in the cold will have ya covered in frost in the AM _inside_ the tent. In my experience, pretty much any sturdy tent will do to keep the wind off, then the sleeping bag (ya need _at least_ two, a 3 season and a winter) can do it's job.

Go to Wally World and check their available stock. I have 3 tents, one man, two man, and three man. All are cheap (<$100) and eah has done their job in temps down to the low 20s. It's the bag that's gonna keep ya warm.
