Hello all - my 2002 ST11 just got new BT020's !
So here's the story ... got the bike last fall with existing 020's but the front was cupping and the rear starting to square off badly - and tires don't get better as we all know.
Last Friday, just for fun, I shut off the engine and rolled down a hill to feel and hear the tires - awful ! ... bumpy-ty-bump and hoppy-ty-hop.
So on Saturday brand new ones went on, scrubbed them in on Sunday afternoon and it's been fun ever since. Many of the bikes 'quirks' are gone and the only thing left is the slight buzz in the handlebars - I'm even getting used to it. Awesome cornering, smooth at higher speeds, looking forward to a great summer of riding. At this rate I'll be needing new brake pads :D
