Al Lambs Honda (Dallas Honda) on LBJ at Greenville Ave, Dallas, TEXAS.....purchased 800 pair of Fieldsheer ACE boots and is selling them for $39.95 a pair.
Just a heads up for those of you that use/want a pretty good pair of boots for a very good price. These sell on the internet from between $80 and $129....

I found Al Lamb's website, http://www.allambsdallashonda.com/
If you click on the boot, it will take you to Ebay. Shows auction over, but follow link to owners store. Lots of stock. Sizes seem a bit odd. They show size 11 as a metric 44. Everyone else uses 45 for size 11. I ordered the 45/12. If they're too big, I'll exchange them (all ready spoke to the Ebay manager at Lamb's).

Got my size 10's today, too small so back they go. I wear a 9 or 9.5 and my feet were smashed in them.
Easy return and a size 11 will be shipped as soon as they get them back.

Good find. I almost ordered a pair, but I talked myself out of it, as I have a decent set of BMW boots with a lot of life left in them. For that money though, they're almost worth swooping up just to have as backups.

Got mine in Monday, wore them riding, and then doing a rear brake job on the wife's Miata, so I had them on almost 18 hours. Pretty good fit for my 10.5 feet, wearing 11s with thick socks. Lightweight, too, and then wore them, thru a monsoon Tuesday. Kept the feet dry. Very good deal for the price.

Guys last Sat 3-1-08 A local shop had the FS Ace boots on closeout for $89 I bought them and now I see them for 39.95. I tried several pair on and to help with sizing, I wear a 10.5 to a 11 shoe but had to get a size 12/45 for the FS Ace boots and fit snug on my feet. I thought it was a GOOD price for 89.00. 39.95 is a GREAT price. Wish I had seen this earlier but like was mentioned above I would have been sending them back because I would have ordered the 11/44 as always YMMV. I hope this may help others in ordering correct sizes.

As I mentioned early on....they do run at least a size small. I wear 10 or 11 (closer to 10) depending on the company. While the 11 Ace was long enough....it was a bit snug on the sides. I went with the 12 and will use slightly thicker socks.

Received my pair today. I usually wear a 9 1/2 and ended up ordering an 11 which fit just right. Width is a little wide but little tight near the toes. Overall satisfied. Quick shipping. Sent on Monday and arrived today.

Great! I'm glad some folks were able to take advantage of this deal. I brought my bike to that dealer to have a wheel mounted (insurance) and while I waited I noticed this huge stack of boots. Many.

I've been having trouble with this merchant. I just put in a call to the owner, or manager to try and get the order right. We will see if he calls back.
Their parts department sent me a pair of boots that arrived in a box that was very obviously shipped more than one time. the boots had a defective liner inside (rolled up and glued in a wad at the top of the toe) that made them totally not wearable by anyone. I returned them for the SAME SIZE boot. I made that same size part very clear and also left a note inside giving the same information that the boots had a defect and were being returned for the same size boot.
I received the replacement boots today, they were indeed defect free! YAY!
HOWEVER, they were one size SMALLER than the original order and will not fit. Now I will need to return them a second time. It costs me $10 to return them each time, along with the $10 charged for shipping the first time that will total $30 in shipping so far I will have paid for these boots, along with a 5 day return trip and a 5 day ship back to me ship/trip each time I return them.
The parts dept sounds young and confused when you talk to them, hence I have a call into the manager. I fear they will send me the actual pair I already returned complete with defect next time around, and this will go in some ridiculous circle of absurdity. It's only a cheap purchase, but the price is going up steadily and I hope to find someone there who can simply think clearly enough to send a non defective boot of the correct size without continued multiple shipping.
Does anyone who goes to this shop know who I can call and talk to that has some smarts?

Interesting.....what size did you order?
I received my first pair (size 11) in a box that was very obviously shipped more than one time and with the liner bunched up on top of the toe and a missing inner sole in one of the boots.
I called the young and confused in the parts dept and had a good pair two days later! This second pair works great. Wondering if they sent my first pair to you!

OK guys, Colby the Parts manager is a stand up guy who went way out of his way to go the extra mile with me for sure.
Dallas Honda is worth your time and money to do business with, and it's nice to talk with a Dealership that goes out of its way to do the right thing when stuff goes wrong. He is personally straightening the mix ups out and HE called ME back, I didn't have to hunt him down.
Uptoblackwood, Thanks so much for your help!:) :) :) The guys and gals on this site continually prove to be the very best! Maybe we'll get to ride together one day.

MidLife,
The original order for mine was a size 12 which is what they were the first time they were shipped, they shipped an 11 the second time around. Perhaps there are a couple with this defect in the batch without it being understood there was a problem with the boot not the size. I'd say they will be likely to check them as they go out now, since a few of those popped up and I told them no one could wear the pair with the defect.

Todd,
For future reference always specify USPS for shipments from the US. The vast majority of the time there is no brokerage or GST charged. I have used the postal service several times and had good luck. Got tired of bending over for FedEx and UPS. Granted the postal service takes a bit longer but usually is less than 2 weeks.

Carl,
Did you get a refund on the shipping charges?
They told me they would refund shipping on the return but haven't.

They gave me their shipping number to use which charged shipping to them.
Call and talk to Colby, he runs the parts dept. and he is the man that set everything straight for me. The last pair of boots he shipped fit and work fine.

I had the same bunched up toe but it worked out after wearing and walking in them for a while. I am not gonna complain too much for $40.

Bought them and like them...especially the price. Lost a
little "feel" compared to my leather Red Wings that cost $200. $79 to resole the Red Wings which I will do....got lazy
and drug my feet just a few times and ate up one toe after
18,000 miles (15 mo.)... dang.
The ankle support feels reassuring on the Fieldsheer's.
