Why not? Love the Ozello Trail and the seafood at Peck's is quite good and very reasonably priced. See you there!

Might be able to make it and I really enjoy that stretch of road - a little early to tell yet. Getting to maybe make some new friends - more than worth the trip.

I'll also check in for the night prior. Gegundez, let me know where you find a place to stay and if I can make it, I'll join you there. Crystal River is closest to getting on the trail, Homosassa, next closest on the South side of the trail.

Back in Michigan, for the year (made it just in time for all the snow storms) but will definetly look that trail up next winter. We'll be based in Bradenton.

Yep Kempo, you were there, and I'd really enjoy the video if you can put it up. Some of the others who only went on the "horse country" ride still think there aren't any twisty roads in FL. Well, ok, maybe there aren't twisty roadS, but there is at least ONE! :D

. . . kind of like "ShueSTer" and am giving it some thought!

Oh boy, my behavior may be a bit incriminating:rolleyes:

I'm in 'sunny' Minnesota right now and will have to figure out the whole Youtube posting thingy when I get back..Maybe Mr Duelin can help me there...

Sounds like fun. What time and where do you want to start from? This would be my first trip with STOC. I bought a new ST last summer and made one trip to Tenn and Ky to see the leaves change last fall. I plan to go to Tulsa this spring some time when the weather improves. My last bike was a CB750 and the ST is quite an improvement.

I didn't know it was part of the Horse Country ride at the last STOC, but it's worth the commute from SoFlo so I'm in. Lunch then second dessert! Great way to spend the day.

Sorry but I have to CANCELL this lunch ride-in.

Thanks for your effort in this RTE.

Is the cancellation something because of the host destination, or just a conflict on your end that prevents you from attending? Not trying to pry, but thought we might head up there anyway, as long as destination is not the problem..

Thanks again,
Rob

Life threw me a curve, so plans changed.

I do encourage the folks from this forum to go ahead with the lunch ride.
Great destination.

A bunch from the Stromtroopers & a few from the GL1800riders forum are still planning on going.
