Anyone give me the full idiots guide

Dang,,, this woke me up out of a dead sleep it sounded so much like my name... :crackup

Easiest???

Go up above where you are typing when you are posting,,, you see all that goofy stuff like a big B,,, ,,, I,,, U??? Go above that and to the right about 2 inches to the little "Paper Clip Thingy" and click on that... It is just to the right of the "Smiley Face Thingy"...;)

Then you can download any pictures you have on your computer and it will be attached to your post...

OR...

If you wish to have the image displayed in your post rather than as a thumbnail attachment, you need to have it hosted somewhere.

This means, creating an account at a image hosting site like www.webshots.com ir www.photobucket.com and uploading your photo's to there. Each photo, once uploaded, will provide you with a URL (link) that you can paste into a forum post to display your image.

Similar to:

(img)http://www.photobucket.com/yourpics/imagename.jpg(/img)

..using [] in place of the () in the link though.

Hope the following helps. By the way, I tried 600 x 600 for size and it worked well.

No problem Bill, I'm here to help.

When you post, there you can 'attach' a pic, using the 'Manage Attachments' button below a post or the paperclip in the toolbar section.

That is if you don't have a place on the internet like a photo site. Hope that helps.
