I put my Top Box on the other day and thought it might benifit someone that is looking at getting one, or putting one on to see these photos.
Enjoy!

now if I could only get my wife to keep our kitchen as clean as you keep your garage! ;)

Hi..Nice pictures and garage. Make sure you attach the 4 black plastic caps that go on the platform w/ glue/tape as they come off easily and are hard to replace!

Great pics, Rob. Thanks for the effort and sharing yoru project. It's next on my list, when I'm not sure. It's a pricey little guy, but oh so nice to have that extra room! :)
Hmm, top box or GPS next? ...tosses a coin

I believe there are only 4. I lost one but was fortunate or more appropriately unfortunate because I had to order another top-box, as I rode off 1 day w/ out locking it..Guys, make sure you always check that it is locked.... :03biker: :cus: :attentio: :eat2: :-P

Fine job on the photo shoot, thanks, you could have cropped out the garage view, the rest of us feel inadaquate :bow1:

I bought mine from CruiserBackrest.com they seemed to have the best price.
They were quick with shipment.

I got mine from the same place that Rob did since they were the cheapest I found, and they provided great service.

I think the ST1300 looks much better with a top box in black or gray. The bike already has too much color. Adding a matching top box is just way over the top. I understand that this is an opinion that few share, but there you go. Black or Gray adds a little contrast breaking up the huge area of same color paint. YMMV and IMHO Yada Yada. I have an old 50L Givi in gray that looks fantastic on my 2005.

Hmmmmm. You've got a good point there :D
On the other hand it isn't solid red, but has black, white, and a checkered stripe. This is the main point I was making. The color needs to be broken up with other colors or lack of colors.
Oh, and my helmet is a silver graphic Shoei Voltage TC5

Well OK, but you do realise that more of the box is actually black than it is silver...
