Remove the right side service access panel, by your right knee. Pop off the silver plastic cylinder head cover, and there is the oil filler cap.

duh thanks guys I didn't want to be popping tupperware all day to find it.

I love this forum and my ST. Got about 2900 miles on it now.

No "duh" necessary, it's not like Honda put it where it was obvious. If you have the owners manual, spend some time going through that. If not, suggest you pick one up, cause sooner or later you're going to need to reset the clock, or odo, or ... :D

I got one on the way. Bad thing is I own a shop. eek Just never have done anything to these except put rubber on them. Loving the bike though, big change from my Harley...wife doesn't like to ride it though...she prefers the Electra glide.
