I was going to ask this on the other ST1300 forum, but I have about had it with that antique forum (they have a thread going again on windshields).
There are a lot of complaints about the wind blast, back pressure etc with the stock windshield, and a lot of questions about what windshield to try. I have wondered if anyone has tried riding with the windshield off altogether? I know it would look strange, and I'm not suggesting it as a permanent fix, just wondering what happens with the airflow. This would be helpful for me to know as I'm thinking about a shorter than stock windshield.
