I'm Still trying to get and order straight from September of 2007. I received some of the order and then tried to call with no success. All of our lines are busy, please try again on another day. Then I'm sorry but this is not during our business hours please leave a message that we won't answer. I sent an E-Mail and some of the missing parts were shipped. Second E-Mail was not acknowledged. No one would answer the phone or return any messages that were left. I was then out of commission due to the DUI Kid that ran me down. I could not get through on the Phone to them as no one would answer. Finally the other day someone answered the phone and told me there was nothing they could do to help me do to the time elapsed since the order. I told him I was not very happy and would not be doing business with them in the future and he said OK. I then got a call back from a man I assume might be the owner. He was very nice and took down all of the information and said he would call me back in the next 48 hours. No call and I can't get through to them today, no one is answering the phone. I can't afford to have a Stroke over $73.26 but I'm not sure I would use them again as a supplier!
