Helmets Looking for helmet color to match 05 st1300

Hi all,

I'm looking for a helmet that will match the color of my 05' St1300. The helmet I would like to get is the Nolan N-102 N-com color "Bordeaux" but can not find one locally to compare to the bike. Does anyone know if this is a good match or know of other brands that do match the 05' Candy Dark Red color? Thanks in advance for all replys.
 
Welcome to the forum. This isn't the reply you're looking for, but consider getting a helmet that specifically does NOT match your bike. More contrast makes you stand out. Consider white or yellow...the better to see you with!

FWIW, my #2 helmet is Nolan NE100 in dark metallic red and it's darker than the 05 red.

You might check out the Shoei "WINE" color as it is very close to my 05. I have the Multitec Wine and am very happy with the closeness of the color.
The entire line of Wine color is close.
 
After you and Scott are done with helmets, I'll have to introduce you to the Banana Suit(tm).

I use a Nolan 102 (white) riding a 05 ST. Sticks out better. Jacket is neon Yeller. Matches perfect with my 05. You se where this is going?

Get one with Graphics and a small amount of Red on it. I agree with having some contrasting color. It looks better then a solid mass on one single color.
 
Vega helmets use honda paint. You can get a candy red helmet from vega that will match the bikes paint. FWIW...I have one.
 
I have a silver colored Arai. It matches the silver color of the frame.
 
Plus, it'll make the red bike look fast. Oh no...Not another which color is fastest derailment. :crackup :bow1: :03biker:

Back on topic:

My dealer had a Fulmer in shop that was very close in color to that of the 05. I still like silver, but black and white will also go with about anything. Black will be hotter though. Then, for $$$ there is always the painting option.
 
Our local dealer has some HJC helmets that are a perfect paint match to the '08 ST1300
