I have never heard anything nice about this dealer, and today I experienced the most rude, dumb a$$, ignorant, jag-meat salesman I have ever experienced.
Do yourself a favor, and pass on any business with this dealership. From my observations they appear to be on their last legs due to the quality of their staff.
You have been warned.
You will have better luck somewhere else.

very few sales reps know anything about the bikes they sell. The same can be said about car sale folks, too. There are 2 Honda dealers I refuse to deal with under any circumstances (used to be 3, but one closed). In So Cal we have lots of dealers, so we have choices.

I recommend Valley Honda, on Hill Street in Aurora, IL.

Back in 1991 on one of my first visits to the USA over a 3 week period we flew from the UK into Chicago, hired a car and drove to the west coast of Oregon to see the Pacific, as Brits do. on the way back to Chicago we stop at Yellowstone to see Old Faithfull ect, then decide to follow Highway 20 from Yellowstone back to Chicago. Over the next few days we stop at some nice small towns, visit some quite rural Motels, eat at country kitchens, great, untill i make the mistake of driving into Rockford, never mind rude bike dealers, to cut a long story short we drove into the worst part of town, we must have been spotted by 4 unruly youths in a beat up old car and were intimidated to say the least. I had to drive over traffic coming the other way into a McDonalds to shake them off, dont want to go to Rockford Illinois again. We have been visiting the USA almost every year since then without any problems, i now have my ST1100 there, I love rideing in America but stay away from Rockford. BR
evey day is a good day above ground.
