After getting ready to replace fork oil on my '02 ST11A (the plan was to open the top, use a seringe and tube and suck up as much as I could) and with the bolt loosened, it still does not come off.
It looks as though the dampers are bolted right to the upper bolt - the Clymer manual states 'forks need partial disassembling' to change the oil out. Good grief ... guess it will wait for winter then. Any ideas ? ... thanks !
