I have a lot of trouble finding a helmet to fit my square and large head. I had a Nolan and it was fine for 2 to 3 hours until the headache started. For the last 5 years I was using the Schuberth Concept. It fit, I found it Quiet and I like the look and function of it too.
I doubt I really needed to replace it but after 5 years it is a good excuse to get a new one. I chose the C2 and i could not be happier. the fit is a little tighter and I am having to compress a little Styrofoam in the forehead. The closure around the base is tight and I can see why some of the big neck guys don't like it but it works fine for me. It is about the quietest helmet I have tried and the helmet seems made to accept an autocom headset. The sound is much improved because the speakers actually fit over the ear. For such an air tight design the internal air flow is great and I have to close the top vent when it is cool. I am very happy with the helmet.
I had to buy it from Germany as I could not find a silver XL in stock in N America. No DOT sticker either on the German model and I hope that does not cause me trouble with the authorities.
The helmet is very well made and fits a lot like a full face. Once I get the pressure point out of the fit I am sure this will fast become my favourite.
I think it does all the things the Concept does well plus improves on quiet and airflow. I do wish the closure had a D ring for the helmet lock. It uses a buckle to secure it and it works well.:03biker:
Price was about $625 CDN to my door. No Duty, and brokerage was included in the shipping. Just taxes. I think I saved about $150 CDN $$$$.

I took my stickers off my C2 and have never had an issue. In fact I have never had an issue with any helmet. :)

I love my C2 for long trips.

I've had the C2 for a couple of years now. I don't know what happened, but they've seemed to have stopped selling in the US.

I like mine, but find that the buckle that keeps the strap adjusted creeps after awhile, and my strap becomes loose. I thought the latch was great at first, but find that I'm liking the D-ring more on my Arai.

I like the internal sun blocker, and the feature on the shield that allows it to pull forward for some air.

Bought one the other day and was really happy with it until a lowered the screen. What a noise in fact noisier than my Arai.
Not impressed with the noise at all.

What windshield are you using? I have a Calsci and find the in my face airflow is pretty smooth.
