Russell saddle; how much taller ?

I was wondering if those of you who have a Russell saddle could tell me if you feel like your sitting higher on the bike than on your stock seat ? How much higher if any ?

It is a fully custom seat. Every seat is unique. At WESTOC IX I checked out a half dozen Russells and every one felt different. Give them your specs and concerns and desires and ask can you do this. Within reason, they can go lower if you want.

I like the height I'm sitting at on the stock seat in the middle position. I'm worried that their design will require a higher seating position. I suppose I should direct my question to them but, it's good to get 3rd party imput too.

You cannot expect the exact same height as stock but +- 1/2" should be doable. Of course even if the height is exactly the same, the foam is different so your weight will compress the foam differently.
