windshield vents

Does anyone know of a adjustable vent that could be cut into a ST shield. Iwould like to be abble to lots of air flow at low speeds and close vents when getting on interstate to reduce wind noise I don't have the electric shield.
Any suggestions as aftermarket shields don't have closable vents and wind noise is a problem.
