CreSTock 08 Route Question

So, I am trying to map out the CreSTOCK (08) run on a paper map. The link for the route on the thread is no use as I cant view it. This is what I figured out so far……hwy 18 e, hwy38 s, Road through Yucaipa to Hwy 60 e, hwy 234 s. How did we get to Lake Elsinore? Hwy 74 South? Leaving the lake I think we did hwy15 n, hwy 91 n, hwy 18 n. So I guess I am just looking for the way from hwy 234 to the lake….. thanks.

I worked on the route with Dan both years even though I have never made it to his cabin at Crestline. Here's what it looks like starting from Dan's place:

- Highway 18 to Big Bear City to Highway 38
- 38 to I-10 East (Looks like it turns in to Bryant St. Oak Glen Rd.)
- I-10 East to 243 at Banning
- 243 all the way to 371 past Idyllwild
- 371 to 79 South (at Aguanga)
- 79 South to I-15 North to Rancho California Road
- Rancho California Road to its end.
- Right turns on to De Luz Road
- De Lux Road to Carancho Road. Right on Carancho Road
- Carancho Road through the avocado groves to Clinton Keith
- Follow Clinton Keith to Grand Ave. Right on Grand.
- Follow Grand Ave to turnoff to 74. Left on 74 to Lookout
- Back 74 to down hill. Left on Grand Ave
- Follow 74 all the way to Perris where you pick up I-215.
- 215 North to 259 to 30 and then 18.
- 18 takes you back to Crestline

I wasn't on the ride back to Dan's cabin so I'm not sure if that the exact route he took, but the idea is to get north to Highway 30 and then 18. You may have gone up I-15 instead of 215.

It's a pretty creative route that has a little bit of everything on it. Unfortunately, I've only joined the ride while it was underway both years. Hopefully, I'll make it next year!

Thanks,,,,,,,,,, I am supprised we went all the way down to Hwy 79. I was lost most of the way and just sitting back and enjoying the ride.... great route.....
