Cooling Vests

Does anyone have a reccomendation for hot weather vests? It looks like there are a couple of different technologies. One is imersed in water and another one has packets that you cool. I have seen prices for both that go all over the map.

I have a Joe Rocket I have used now for 2 years... It does a good job,,, if,,, uuummm,,, even if it will not win a fashion competion... ;)
