I have used these guys for 18 months since getting my ST for jobs that I do not/cannot tackle myself. I usually buy parts online and take them in for fitting and never get any hassle; appointments always kept, bike returned ontime and costs are reasonable. For example today I had a pre-arranged appt to get a job done while waiting - front tire fitted (BT020F - prior BT020 @ 12,000 miles still had ~2K left but a little scalloped and I am heading out on a road trip) - 1 hour charged $86. I provided OEM pads to be fitted (originals removed with 26,000 on them -pretty much toast) - charged 0.25 hours $21.50. In and out in 1 hr 20 minutes. :clap2:

Would recommend these folks to the ST community....

Good deal on the brake pads, think you got hosed on the tire though.

Thanks for the update. I like the time in and out but the charges are no bargain. There again you get what you pay for......usually.

STNY - maybe the cost of mounting the tire was a little rich - but I am happy to pay for no hassle service and the cost makes service for the Guzzi Nevada seem $$$$! Looks like others on this site pay $40 on up...but this is Fairfield County, CT :shrug2:
