I added a mod last night to allow for thread prefixes.

What this means is for certain sub-forums we can designate a list of prefixes to be used.

For instance, in the Known Issues/Concerns (http://www.st-owners.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=209) sub-forum, I added ST11, ST13 and ANY to the list. These are required for this sub-forum now so any NEW threads that are created must be tagged with one of these 3 options. You'll see it as a drop down box next to the title you type in when creating a new thread.

Also, for the 'For Sale' sub-forum, I added 'For Sale' and 'Sold'. To change the thread title, you'll need to go to the advanced editor, not just the quick editor. I'm hoping this allows the admins/mods to quickly see 'Sold' items and delete those threads and not many ever do so it's to help us manage that area as well as help people looking for things save time and bypass the 'Sold' threads.

This is something that can be turned on/off for any sub-forum and each sub-forum can have it's own list of values. We can make them required or optional as well.

Anyway, this was just to explain the 'Prefix' column you'll now be seeing in some forums as well as your new posts results.

We're "Sold," Joe. A helpful mod!

As for "ANY," it quite goes without saying.

Boy, I just can't tell you how much time I have wasted looking at "Issues" threads involving ST 1300's. What I don't understand is why you have an ST1100 column. It's the perfect MC:)

But really, thanks Joe. It will certainly make it easier to sort out. Easy is good for me...
