Just got permission from Theo(lady). I'm all in. She may even tag along. We haven't had much time to ride together so this could be a good reason.

That was me on the ST1300. I stopped in for a bite to eat 'cause I was too lazy to cook my own supper. The ST1100 belongs to Robert (Bob) Muise, a retiree like me, who also owns a vintage Norton. The Norton is for the short rides 'cause, his words, the damned thing wants to shake itself apart so it needs a wrench session after every ride.

Trekker, thanks for the invite.Sounds like one I can make for a change. Hopefully my 04 will look better than she does now. One novice young pickup truck driver (in Laconia, New Hampshire)didn't see her as he was making sure he didn't back into my brothers 85 Wing. Oh yes he knocked her straight over. The tip over wings helped a lot but didn't do much for the right side mirror which jammed into and broke the main fairing as she went down. Oh well, nobody hurt and she is still rideable so if I'll put the date on my calendar , Spike :04biker:

I'll know more better once my wife tells me what I'm doing. :)

Dave,
Is this a clean bike event or dirty bike? I got a big hassle over having a clean bike at the J-ville RTE! Look at the noob with the clean bike! I'll try to get over after work.

It don't matter what she looks like, we can offer all kinds of suggestions and critiques when you ride in! ;)

What is this "clean bike" thing you mentioned??? I doubt I would recognize my bike if it wash too clean.

I realize this location is a little bit of a haul on the interstate for Dave H (east of here) & Sal (west of here), but it sure will be nice to meet up with Joe (of the west coast) and show him us upstaters are still a nice bunch of folk. :D

Jerry & Ken... I thought maybe some folks might be away due to the holiday weekend. Next time!

It was a real pleasure meeting all of you last week. I had forgotten how nice some of the back roads were. My mileage for the whole trip topped out just over 4000 miles. I flew back to California tonight. JC Motors will pick up our bikes this week and we should have them back in two weeks :(
Ride safe,

Wow, sounds like alot of ST's in the Roc area. I am riding out via Yooperstoc to Pittsford by late July. Got a wedding to attend Aug 2. Drop a line if any rte's are planned. Lv-n Mn Fri the 25th Later, Texasota Pete
