I've been using this helmet for the last couple months since my Raid1 and I had an argument with the pavement :o:
It's quite a light helmet (1400gm) and very comfortable. I would say on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it an 8 for noise insulation. The "killer" function for me is the "Pin-Lok" system of visor inserts which over the pond here in Water World is fantastic for keeping the visor clear of fog. Plus you get to fit the option of smoked, amber or clear inserts. The visor change mechanism is also very quick and easy.
The new shell design on the II seems to keep the helmet more stable at speed.
