Kobalt’s Thru-Ratchet sockets and ratchets ??

Has anyone used the Kobalt Thru-Ratchet sockets and ratchets?

Not sure if the intrigue is the newness or the difference. Does anyone own them and can I really get behind the wrench for tight bolts?

I own a set... but I've never really tried to get a tight bolt/nut off with them... I would be careful though... They probably have the same characteristics as a regular ratchet... (I've broken 2 in my life - both 3/8" - one was on a backward threaded bolt [lefty tighty] and the other was on an aluminum head bolt)... But they should be good for 'regular' work... :D
