Looking for a POI with all the state parks and other places to pitch a tent. Is there such an animal or should I just look for state parks and start ringing phones?

I saw that but unless I'm missing something...and I probably am...that doesn't look like it has much on the west half of the country.

Yeah.. those are MC related campgrounds...
Actually, if you're looking for State/Nat'l parks I don't have a POI file for those.. I should make one as it would be good for MotoCampers as well.
I'll typically search for 'state park' or 'national park' on the zumo and that works better than a poi file.
Here's one option but I've never used this site before.

I've used this site quite a bit...and it's been great. The Red Light and Enforcement camera locations POI's have been worth the membership fee plus a lot more! We've got a ton of those cameras in the Richardson/Plano, Texas area.

Joe,
You got that POI list made up yet??
I gave it some thought till I did a search
just to see how many National Parks/Monuments
were listed  that is NOT counting all the
State parks... The list would be huge...

I'll let the POI factory do that one.. I figure, it's easier to search the base maps for 'national' or 'state' parks.
