I've seen various helmet hooks advertised on a number of web sites, and they share a common problem: Price! I can't see spending $20 or more for what basically is a hook.

But recently I ran into something at Home Depot that does the job for a very reasonable price. It's not designed as a helmet hook, but it wokrs just fine, for only $7.00:

Here's how it looks in my garage:

Methinks I'll try that...if I can replace my carport with a garage?:(

Looks cool... but in my garage the spiders and lizards would inhabit a helmet if it was on the wall too long.

I'll leave mine on the seat of the bike overnight, nothing will come close to that heat sink without frying..LOL.. or, it stays inside if I'm off the bike a few days.

I've witnessed too many helmets fall off seats, so I try not to leave mine there any more.

Joe, only way to stop what you have set into motion is to Knock on Wood.

That should stop that Karma you have bestowed upon yerself. :D

Me? I'm gonna get a hand full of them Home Depot hooks & clear off a bunch of shelf space in my garage.

Thanks for the heads up Bob!
