As some of you might know I'm upgrading my ST1100's Alt. and having some other work done. (water leak, oil leak, carb adj, fluid flush, new timing belt and idler pulleys) I looked around for the best prices on parts and found Beaver Dam Honda to have very low prices.

What really shocked me was how well I was treated by the Internet order staff (Lisa). I made my order on the web site and was sent an email the next day informing me that one part I ordered was on backorder giving me the choice to have the part of the order that was in stock shipped to me or to wait until all parts had come in to ship.

Each time I spoke to Lisa I was made to feel as if I was the only customer she had. Explained things to me, checked my order 2 or 3 times, checked on shipping the back ordered part. Also every time she said she would call me back or email me she did! WOW

I am not affiliated with Beaver Dam in any way other than being a very happy customer. I just wanted to let folks looking for parts that you can find a low price and great customer service in one place.

2nd time I've heard of this, but havn't gone there, and I probably won't...(mabee if I need parts...)
But I called to check on tire prices for my Wing...they were about $30 bucks more than my dealer, and wanted more than my dealer for installation...
(I should be done with that and doing my own tires now!
I just need to buy a balancer!)
