George, I been signed up since 05/01/08. I will be there with a guest. I pulled into Ocean Beach this afternoon at 4:00 PM local. 2457 miles in 42 1/2 hours!!!

The problem with the RSVP in the calendar is that it's structured to be a way to attend certain days of an event... so, if you have a 2-day event, you have to attend both days, not just the first one. There's no way to generally say I'll be there.

I'm planning on removing the 'attend' links in on the home page and in each event page having an 'attend' link for each day of the event. Not sure if that helps or not or just confuses things more.

Maybe a poll would be better but with the poll you have no way of stating your bringing guests. The poll would have to say 'I'll be there, bringing 1 guest'.. then another option for 2, 3, 4..

I'm really looking forward to this trip. Vicki asked her boss if she could get a couple of days off, seems she changed her mind about attending. He said no way, so she's a bit bummed; she loves to ride and she really likes you guys.
