Sorry but the 'new' version of the award script ended up being pretty screwy.

We basically can't use it and it hosed up the old version we were getting by with.

So, for now, no official award script like we were using and no cute little icons for the awards in your posts.

I'll try to find a way to do this that doesn't require a script and can use the existing software base.

Sorry... :nuts1:

LOL, Joe....you need to be riding on the weekend, not fretting about mundane forum features like whether the "award script" is functioning or not. I could care less about an "award script" anyway and am just thankful we have a fine website that has so much information and communication flow to begin with. Seriously....go ride...you deserve it!!!

Yeah,
Have to agree that I am very thankful for all you do and this site.
On another fricking rainy day here in the Greater Toronto Area,
this site is like a rare coin.

The only 'awards' I've ever received were accompanied by flashing lights and a public official in sunglasses. Therefore...I don't want any awards.

So take the time off and forget about it.

:D

Too bad... my friend Alan Hunt just hit 300,000 miles on his 92 Candy Glory Red '92 ST1100.

Well, there goes absolutely any incentive I had to rack up the miles on my ST... ;)

I think we'll be okay, Joe. The true rewards are the ones found on the roads, not on the interwebs. The board is a great place to settle after the ride and to share thoughts. Thanks for bringing us all together - even without the awards.
