My mechanical abilities goes as far as oil and filter change. I have installed a loud airhorn and relay. Can I adjust the counter balance? Is there a nifty step by step article for this service? The engine is a bit rough and noisy if I crank it open at low rpms? Advice appreciated. Thanks.
