Here are a couple of routes for planning purposes. They are both long, but offer options to bail out and shorten the routes up. I have ridden all these roads, and both routes offer a good variety of twisties and scenery.
I would recommend that you ride the Pig Trail from N to S, and do not miss 103 out of Clarksville.
125 north in MO is a great road. It was chip sealed last year so it should be good to go. This route includes a free ferry ride which is fun.
Push Mountain road has become like the Dragon in that a lot of sport bikes ride/crash on it causing an increased police presence. Even with that this is a very nice strip of pavement.
Hwy 21, 16, 7 are also super roads and can be used in your route planning as well.
Let the planning begin.

These where created in MS S&T 2007. I have not created the GPS routes. I can always same them in the .stt format as well.
