I just wanted to thank :bow1: Mike Turley for organizing this event. This was my first long ST ride and I had an absolutely excellent time!!!
I didn't get out as early as I would have liked, so I came into the first nights camp real late. But, the long line of ST's proved easy to find. Waking in the morning and saying hi to everyone, I was tired, but excited. Special thanks to Jeff and Willy from Kansas for kind of showing me the ropes and making me feel welcome, letting me tag along on rides, and sharing a camp. Another special thanks to Robert from Arkansas for hooking up a first ride, although we became seperated heading to Beartooth Pass and I didn't see him for the rest of the trip. While thanks are being handed out, a shout to Glen and Frank for camping and cruising.
The list of names would be too long to repeat, and I would be afraid of leaving someone out, but the whole group was excellent and I feel I have made some great friends.
Get up, grab breakfast, ride all day, stop for some excellent views, meet up for dinner and stories at night. What better way to spend a week??? :D
