I use the Held "Hawks" for riding in cooler temps, especially when it's wet. They have a real nice leather palm, mixed leather and textile back, gortex liner, kevlar reinforcements, and a nice gauntlet size. They also are lined with "phase change material" which I understand is really some sort of pariffin compound that regulates temp changes. BMW uses the same stuff in some of their super pricy outerwear. Okay, whatever, but these things are real comfy. They call them "Winter" gloves, but I've worn them from 35 degrees to about 75 degrees and never felt to cold or hot. I can say first hand they're tough too. When I had my crash over Memorial weekend they spent some quality time skidding across the pavement at 65mph. They were chewed up a bit and the Gortex was compromised, but my hands were no worse for the experience. About the best price I've found is:

They took good care of me.
