WV 219 from Lewisburg WV, turn right onto WV 66 through the Snowshoe resort area through Cass, then 92 to the Green Bank Observatory. You will want to do all of the roads in one day they are tight twisties, some sweepers. The only issue with this is missing all of the State Parks, scenic train rides, and viewing the football size sattelite dish at Green Bank. Not to mention 90% of this in the beautiful Mongehelia National forest. Ps The food is very good (along with the view) at any of the eateries at Snoeshoe, the resort is open year round for mountain bikers, witch is good for riders!
