I called them to ask about a Fieldsheer jacket to replace mine that I crashed in. They said they could have it there in a few days and wanted my info., including CC info. I gave it.

I called a few days later and they had the jacket. I went there to get it, and the sleeves were way way short. The sales guy agreed, and referred me to the mgr. and she told me that they aren't responsible for Fieldsheer's bad quality control. That's customer service? I refused to take it, since it was flawed, came halfway up my forearms, and they told me they were going to charge me 20% for restocking... WHAT!

After duking it out with this girl, she agreed to waive the 20% fee. She told me that she could not offer me a receipt since they do refunds in a batch at night. BIG MISTAKE. I was refunded all but 20%. I disputed the charge through Discover, and Kneedraggers lied. Discover told me that I was taken by these people and beat for the 20% since I didn't get anything before I left that committed them to giving me back my money. HOWEVER, Discover's Dispute Dept. (brace yourself) told me that they realized that I was rooked and wanted to make me happy, so *THEY* gave me a credit in the amount of the 20%. I was shocked! Discover took this out of their own pocket... WOW.

I was lied to by Kneedraggers.com . They bashed Fieldsheer, rather then deal with the problem. They also cheated Fieldsheer by keeping the gift certificate I received when they looked at my damaged jacket and could not repair it.

I'm sure that others may have had a good experience with this company, but I certainly did not. I suggest that you consider this when thinking about buying from kneedraggers.com .

Thanks for the heads up, I was looking at some fieldsheer stuff, and kneedraggers was one of the places I had looked at buying it from. I'll keep this in mind as I continue shopping for riding gear.

Thanks,
George

Hey Wallace,
I did not know you were n2brk at Max Suz! I'm McFly over there. Sorry to hear of your problems with kneedraggers.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll cross these guys off my list. Life is too short to be treated like that by any retailer. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Ditto on the warning - thank you. There are enough *really* great retailers out there to choose from (newenough.com, motoemporium.com, motorcyclecloseouts.com, etc) that makes gambling on KD unnecessary.

Hey Paul! That's me :-) I had a Bandit for a while, but I am still there for my DR350s :-)

Ken - you mentioned some great placed. Newenough.com has been great for me in the past.
