Has anyone been able to set their sargent seat in the middle front position and low rear position. I am able to adjust to the high front/middle back (although snug). I like the seat tilted back, but would prefer it in the lower position.

With the stock seat I had the same problem -- high front/middle rear worked, but was a little too high. I could never get middle front/low rear to fit.
After getting my Sargent seat I haven't needed to force-fit it like you describe, as the seating angle is OK for me.

Thanks for the replies. Last night I managed to get it. It is snug, but did go. I really like this position.

How do you like your Sargent Seat? Sounds like the tilt forward is still there?

Ernie if you're talking to me, I love the Sargent seat. To me the tilt forward is sufficiently less than stock that I use the normal seat adjustments. I don't force fit it middle front and low rear.
My comfort period on the stock seat was less than 1 hr. On the Sargent I can go 4 hr without stopping to rest.

To me the Sargent is basically neutral. No discernable tilt.
