Just noticed my Dunlop D220 rear tire is at the cords after 3,300 mi. I don't think they're the OEM version. My OEM Bridgestone BT020 rear lasted about 4,900 mi to the wear bars. I'm having OEM BT020s put back on.

Yes my tires are always inflated at the correct pressure. I check them each time I ride. 95% of my riding is solo, not 2-up.
I don't ride that aggressively. I very rarely scrape a peg. I've only been in triple digits briefly once. I ride mostly well-paved secondary roads, rarely the interstate.
So I really can't explain the rapid tire wear. I sure hope the OEM Bridgestones do better than the Dunlop D220s.
I know I only ride to and from church on Sundays and never over 30 mph.
My last non OEM Dunlop went about 4K.

Don,
I can believe this now that you have a job that didn't even let you have time off to make WeSTOC X. Bummer...
