Quartet Harness

I feel like a dummy asking this, but here goes. A couple of months ago I installed the quartet harness. I had no immediate need to use it, but since I had the bodywork off to add other things I figured I might as well add the quartet.

The directions supplied with the harness show where to zip tie it. Unless I read the directions incorrectly, the quartet harness is tied to the frame and then the bodywork is reinstalled, meaning you have to remove the bodywork to access the harness. Is the harness supposed to terminate in an accessible location, or do you really have to remove all of the plastic again to hook something to the harness ?

Unless you blow a fuse Charlie and then its a long way in to get at it. I for the first time had the left side off the other day and found it not to bad as long as you keep track of the fasteners.
