Orange County Choppers Trip this Sat

Hi Gang..
Brian and I are taking a ride on Saturday morning to OCC.
Meeting Place is Dunkin Donuts on Main Street in East Hartford on Saturday morning at 8:30 if anyone wishes to join us or join up on the ride.

Intended Route from EH to OCC:
44 - 202 - 4 - 343 - 44 - 87 - 84 - 208 - 17K

Then when we are done looking at overpriced choppers we are going up to the Catskills and play there.
If we have time we may make it into the Berskshires as well.

So what time you plan on being at OCC, I may tag along afterwards.

You could catch 208 after 44 instead of 87 and avoid the slab.

According to S&T it would be 18 miles less and save 12 mins. I tend to avoid 87 unless i'm in a car.

Plus just noticed you can't get on 87 south from 44 you need to go north to New Paltz.

208 off of 44 it is. Then 208 and take a left on Route 17K.

My guess is 10:45 arrival at OCC. Again this only a guess. I am figuring a departure time from East Hartford around 8:45 thinking 2 hours of ride time.
I don't have S&T (gotta put this on my Christmas list). If you have it, you may be able to come up with a more educated guess than me.

I'll PM you with my contact info, cell/email etc. What I could do is give you a call from the road (thank you Autcomm system :D ) when we cross the Hudson River on 44 and you'll know we are xx minutes away from our destination.

If you have or wish to lead us around 'your neck of the woods' feel free to take lead.

Mikey is one funny dude. Of the whole lot, my guess is he's the only one who truly enjoys what he's doing on the show. Sr. and jr. are just a joke in my mind.
