I know that D&S Honda in Arlington lacks [sad face] customer service, many disappointing visits when buying parts for my ACE 750 and when I was looking to buy a ST they would barely talk to me. When I talked with the owner about my customer service issues, twice, he became very angry with me over the phone. I simply call Honda to register a complaint and have opted not to do business with them.
