I was going to make one of these, but, for the heck of it, I did an internet search, and what do you know...you can buy one already made..
See, I think the reason I wobble at high speeds is because I move my head around too much, and I thought maybe a rudder would stop that problem..

I saw someone riding with one of these jast last week. The dark blue or black one, riding on some Japanese sport bike (Unless they're Kawasaki green, they all look about the same to me.) I couldn't believe anyone would actually think this, umm, a good idea.
