View Full Version : Part Monster on Ebay
Don't buy a seat from these people or anything else for that matter. Their heart isn't into customer service. They sent me my Sargent seat in a box that couldn't hold tissues much less a $500 seat. It was damaged in shipping. Then instead of handling it, they told me to file a claim with UPS.

I'd just about guaranty you that UPS will look at the box and say it was improper packaging and it's not their responsibility.
It's a shame you have to go through such a mess. If you can't straighten the bracket, you might give Sargent a call directly and see if they might step up to the plate....
Hope it works out for you.
