Just a heads up, and maybe my fluke experience, but I've had those HD heated gloves and had the wires break where they enter the glove!! That's the end of the gloves! I also have the real deal (Gerbings) and they seem much more substantial where the wire enters the glove. I have to say I'm a careful remover, too. After the HD gloves croaked, I cut them open to see what happened and there was a super-lame twisted wire connection inside and just a "knot" at the grommet where the wire comes out. The twist just fell apart, but of course you can't know that unless you ruin the glove to see inside. I suppose I could have disassembled and reassembled as a seamstress would have done, but it didn't take too much to flush them! Just my one bad experience to throw out there.
