My saddlebags always stay on, all the time, unless off for other maintenance. I've been thinking about adding a nice combined brake/blinker on (maybe) the back side of the saddlebags, with quick disconnects when taking the bags off. I think it would look good as long as you find lights that in form and shape look nice and fits the ST. Looked on the net for a couple of days, but really didnt see anything I liked that would look nice. Has anyone done this, or been thinking about doing it. Any ideas what to use.....

Torlang,

Someone on this forum did post about some side lights they put on their bags w/photos. I wish I knew what I did with the post as I intend to do it to my ST. I think I remember that they bought the lights at Cyclegear because I did see them there.

I would be tempted to look at some of the clear LED trailer type lights such as the following:

I would look at surface mounting via glue or tape.

you can get all kinds now - such as:

Google "led trailer lights" if you are interested.
