I'm thinking it's not plastic so much as PhotoShop. There's a couple websites that specialize in just that kind of "enhancement".

I think she would be a good one to play "Radio Tokyo" with. Ya'll remember the game where you kneel down in front of the girl, grab her boobs and say "come in Tokyo, come in Toyko!" I use to play that with my sisters friends as a kid. Man I got slapped alot, but every once in a while, I got lucky...:D
