Thanks guys. Mick, perhaps someday you can visit here as you are cordially invited. We have Joshua Tree National Monument here...It is truly amazing and a must see for sure. Anyone w/ an ST that wishes to visit the area is certainly welcome. Just give me some notice!

That is one cool invite dude, and it is what I would expect from users of this web forum. I have been gaming about on the posts this evening with a light hearted view.

Seasons greetings to ya all. I have just noticed it is Xmas day over here, time is 00:45hrs, so better get off and do my santa bit.!
You all have a good one and take care.

All my very best.

If STPilot and I can get our schedules coordinated perhaps we could try to meet for lunch down there sometime soon. Would love to sit and talk!

Thanks for the dose of sunshine and clear roads.

As I type this it's a typical winter morning in Hoosierville. Light rain falling on three weeks worth of melting snowpack. The salt and sand from the roads lending a brownish tinge to the snow, accented by the morning light filtering through the permacloud that covers much of the Great Lakes area in winter.

On the plus side.....................

1) It's Christmas.
2) My daughter is home from college and our family unit is together.
3) Santa brought me a Garmin 2610
4) The riding season in Hoosierville starts in only 8 short weeks!

I'll be out your way on business in February. I'm looking forward to a good dose of nice weather.

Merry Christmas from Hoosierville:xmas:

Great ride and scenery..It is 84 degrees here! In looking at the furrow you ploughed on that "soft shoulder" it seems there was the potential for a little unwanted excitement...

Yes. However being a desert rat I am used to it and used both legs while parking!
