Left the house around noon today to go check out the vendors in South Daytona. Not much there, took about ten minutes. So I decided to ride on up to the speedway.
Parked right behind the Yamaha tent at 1:30 and walked over and asked if any FJR available for ride totally expecting to be laughed at as bikes are usually booked by 8:30 am. Sure, one left at 4:00. I'll take it.:) Walked to Kawasaki tent and no Connies available:(
Figured I had some time to kill so the Can Am Spyders were right there. Got any avialable? Sure 2:30, I'll take it.
Honda again was not offering any rides and couldn't find hide not hair of a Suzuki tent.
BTW I loved the Feejer and the Spyder did absolutely nothing for me.
Long story short, attendance appears to be very weak, thus me getting rides at 1:30.
