Don't use them for anything. I had a flat at noon early this year and they wouldn't let HCRA tow me there. I had to be towed 20 miles to Mission Honda of Daly City. The service department manager was totally unsympathetic to being stuck in Oakland, CA nearly 60 miles from home. He said he could fix it tomorrow. I said how do I get home. He said, "that's your problem."

BTW, the service manager at Mission Honda rocks.

They know about it because HCRA was on the phone with me. I couldn't believe it myself when it was happening. I called the guy back and told him that my bike had to be towed across the Bay Bridge to Daly City because he wouldn't fix the flat and he said what am I supposed to do, delay servicing the bikes that are already here. I said I am sure they would understand because its an emergency situation and also I asked if they didn't have a lower paid technician that could change a flat and he was indifferent to me. I then said a few other things to him that I can't repeat here.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. I have just grown to expect that kind of behavior from the dealers. It's really unfortunate. That kind of treatment at a car dealership would be completely unacceptable, yet it seems to be the norm with m/c dealers.

Let's give credit where credit is due...

Good job Mission Honda!

Ray,

Hmmmm....I sense a different kind of 'heat' issue with that ST in your avatar.

NICE!
