Sorry I missed seeing you! Were you in your truck? I think I would have noticed another STer out there.
As to riding in the rain, well, all was not as it appeared. :D What happened was that this morning I decided, while it was raining signficantly, to install the Turbocity Tom FPR that's been sitting on my desk for some months. Amazingly, it only took an hour to do so. Well, I looked out and saw that the rain had eased up, so I decided to take a little 10 - 15 minute test ride up 29, over to Silverado Trail and back to Napa. And then I saw the Oakville Grade road I've been planning to explore.
You know the rest.:o: There really wasn't any noticable rain, and my test drive took about an hour and fifteen minutes. I felt much better afterwards, and that gave me the energy to tackle a long-delayed honey-do! So, a good day! Nice ride; earned brownie points at home; now maybe a glass of wine...
How do you like the pressure regulator performance?

So far, it's absolutely great. I should have done this months ago!
Yeah that's what I thought when you said you hadn't installed it yet. I think the K&N Filter modification worked great for me too.
BTW, I keep adding things. Just got a Airman Sparrow and the backrest for my Givi. Battery Tender Junior last month. It never ends.

...It never ends.
I know; I'm toying with the idea of a speed-healer. I just need to do a little more research.
